B4U-ACT is supporting a new study conducted by Étienne Garant, a PhD student at the Université de Montréal in Quebec, Canada. The study seeks to better understand the challenges minor-attracted people face in their daily lives, and how they navigate them.

Participation involves completing the questionnaire linked below, which includes questions about sexual interests, the participant’s life in general, and general life issues.

Seeking Individuals with a Sexual Attraction to Children to Participate in a Research Study 

Dear potential research participant,

We are seeking individuals with a sexual attraction to children to participate in a study about what helps them talk about their sexual attraction, especially in research. 

This study consists of an anonymous and confidential online survey hosted by soscisurvey.de. You will NOT be asked about your past or present sexual behavior. The survey will take approximately 30-45 minutes of your time. Participation is voluntary and you will not receive any financial compensation. 

You are eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Identify as having at least some attraction to children between the ages of 0 and 14
  • Understand the English language

B4U-ACT is supporting a new study conducted by Julia Levitan, a PhD candidate at McGill
University (Montreal, QC). The study aims to investigate the nature and correlates of
romantic attraction to persons across physical maturity stages, ranging from infants to the
elderly. You are eligible to participate in this study if you are at least 18 years old,
understand English, and are sexually and/or romantically attracted to prepubescent
and/or pubescent children.

Participation involves answering a variety of closed-response (e.g., multiple-choice)
questions about your experiences of sexual and romantic attraction to persons across
age/maturity stages, your personality, mental health and wellbeing, and your interactions
with children (including convictions or arrests for child sexual offenses).
